Gas Stoves Debate Continues

Gas Stoves were under investigation on whether or not they were dangerous to Young Children. It is unclear as to where it began but why it all started was due to a concern to do with early onset Asthma, with some comparing it to Cigarettes, With the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) was brought in to see if a ban or increased regulations were in order.

CPSC had found Mentioned that if they did need to Ban the Stoves it would be considered a Public Health Risk, with the Commissioner of the CPSC stating it was a “Hidden Hazard”, with multiple other products such as Bikes and Baby Swings being recalled with the logic behind it being “Products that can’t be made safe can be banned.” While a touch over the top, it works.

The investigation has now concluded with blame being put onto the Biden Administration due to their extreme push for everything to be powered by electricity, with a Texas Republican Congressman saying “If the maniacs in the White House come for my stove, they can pry it from my cold dead hands.” 

Upon reflecting upon the whole scenario, it seems it started as a potential health concern for the youth, and became another way for the Biden Administration to push Electric powered everything, With The American Gas Association, debunking any possible concerns regarding the possibility of early-onset asthma. Saying that “Attempts to generate consumer fears with baseless allegations to justify the banning of natural gas is a misguided agenda that will not improve the environment or the health of consumers” which would only affect vulnerable populations with debt.
